AAR Healthcare is currently one of the largest provider of outpatient healthcare services in East Africa, with a network of 30 Outpatient Centres and Emergency Rescue Unit and serving over 650,000 clients annually from all major medical insurance providers as well as non insurance clients across the social divide. We are currently looking for candidates to work in Nyanza or Western Region who demonstrate a high degree of commitment, leadership, flexibility and initiative to fill in vacancy of:
HEALTH CENTRE MANAGER
Overall Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the Head, Clinical Business Operations, the incumbent is responsible for delivering high quality, cost
effective preventive and curative clinical services to clients and promote efficient Health Centre operations
Key Responsibilities:
 Ensure patient satisfaction
 Promote Clinical Risk Management
 Lead, develop and mentor clinical staff
 Lead the Outpatient in business development strategy
 Ensure resources are effectively and efficiently utilized
 Direct the administrative function of the Outpatient Centre
 Ensure consistent, cost effective outpatient service delivery
 Lead in developing and expanding the scope of services offered
 Ensure compliance with treatment protocols and Standard Operating Procedures
 Develop and implement annual operating plans and budgets for the Outpatient Centre


Education and Experience & other competencies
 Degree in Medicine & Surgery
 Masters Degree will be an added advantage
 Training in Business Management
 At least 3 years experience in Clinical Practice
 Possess high level business acumen
 Proven leadership skills
