With the core objective to supporting the government strategy on a complete transition of students from elementary to secondary schools and to meet the current teacher shortage, the Teachers Service Commission has posted 5,000 teaching openings.

The teachers who will be hired will have permanent employment with pension benefits.
N/B Before July 7th, 2022, all the interested and qualified individuals must submit their online applications through the Teachers Service Commission’s website at http://teachersonline.tsc.go.ke or www.tsc.go.ke under “Careers.”

The Merit Lists to be produced will be used by the Commission to fill openings in primary schools. The County Directors of the counties where the successful candidates will be merited will let them know.
