During the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) course application or revision process, you must make payments via M-PESA.
One of the challenges many students face during the application for KUCCPS 2022/2023 placement is wrong transactions.

But first, how do you make Kuccps payments via M-PESA? Get the full process below.
- Go to your Lipa na M-PESA Menu
- Select Pay Bill
- Enter Business Number 820201
- For the Account Number, enter your KCSE Year and KCSE Index Number (no space)
- Enter the required amount, i.e. 1,500 shillings for the first application and 1,000 shillings for revision.
- Enter your M-PESA PIN and Send.
- Use the M-PESA code to complete your Kuccps course application/ revision process.

If you sent money to the KUCCPS M-PESA pay bill account using the wrong details and want it reversed, contact KUCCPS through 0205137400/ 0723954927.

You will be asked to give the following details;
- The Phone number you used to pay
- The total amount of money you paid
- The exact account number you paid for
- The M-PESA code that was sent to the phone you used

In some cases, the reversal process takes up to seven days. But, Kuccps will try and refund the transaction amounts within 48 HOURS upon receipt of the information.
