Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor income and expenditure in relation to budget and prepare report
- Complete bank and cash account reconciliations
- Maintain accounting systems for the school concerned
- Prepare a detailed monthly financial reports including all incomes expenditure investments debtors creditors and bank balances
- Ensure that all income and expenditure relating to income generating activities of the school are operated in accordance with approved school financial policies and regulations

- Maintain accounts registry to ensure proper custody of payment vouchers
- Maintain Petty cash to ensure proper utilization of funds
- Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting or Finance Option) or Business Management from a recognized University Minimum CPA II or III - Have at least Two (2) years’ relevant experience in same position in a busy educational institution
- Computer literacy in the relevant packages, have a good understanding of ERP and other MIS
- Be a team player
- Have high level of Integrity
- Possess excellent Communication, Supervision and Negotiation Skills
