KUCCPS Inter-Institution / University Transfer 2022/2023 students opens
The inter-institution transfer window for the 2022/2023 cycle will start in mid-June 2022, according to the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS).
The placement has issued a statement urging applicants who want to change courses or universities to keep an eye on the KUCCPS website for inter-institution transfer information.

Official inter-institution transfer window for the 2022/2023 cycle will begin in mid-June 2022. Incase you have been placed to a university/college and would like to change your institution (or programme).”
“For updates, visit the Placement Service website at http://kuccps.ac.ke,” the placement organization stated in a statement.
All the students who were put in courses or institutions that they did not choose will be able to request changes if they meet minimum requirements.
Listed Here are additional requirements that must be met:
Inorder to be eligible for transfer, the Placement Service must have assigned the applicant to the program from which he or she wishes to transfer.
All the applicants to degree programs must meet the cut-off mark for the placement year in which they are applying.
This program to which the applicant applied has to be available during the year in which the applicant was placed.
A total of Ksh1,000 application processing fee is levied every application.
In the point of submission, a request for the M-PESA transaction code will occur. Keep the transaction code safe in case it is needed again.
N/B Make no payment until the applicant has been prompted or the deadline for the application has gone!
