Malibu pharmacy started operation in 1993 as a stand alone pharmacy in Mfangano street, Nairobi. Over the period of time we have expanded to seven branches spread across Nairobi downtown and surbubs. We are a retail pharmaceutical company serving both walk in and corporate clients.
We are hiring a Branch Manager for one of our Branches in Kenya.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Â Business development
- Â Strong customer service skills
- Â Ensuring all credit sales are supported by the appropriate documents
- Â Ensuring all sales comply with Pharmacy and Poisons Board regulations
- Â Setting and allocating individual performance targets.
- Â Managing the branch staff including employee relations
- Â Managing branch staff leave schedule
- Â Managing staff performance and appraisal

- Â Ensuring all branch staff report on time and escalate absenteeism to HR for action
- Â Branch order receipts and checking stock levels and re-ordering
- Â Checking systems availability and reporting.
- Â Making sure the dispensing book as well as the DDA are accurately filled.
- Â Checking and logging cold storage temperature levels and reporting malfunctions.
- Â Sourcing for off-system products
- Â Ensuring compliance with the trade licenses
- Â Ensuring timely payment of utility bills
- Â Requisition of office consumables
- Â Branch records management

Qualifications
- Three (3) years in a community or hospital Pharmacy setup with experience as a team leader of at least 3 staff.
- Diploma in pharmaceutical Technology/Degree in Pharmacy from a reputable institution
- Registration with Pharmacy and poisons Board
