HOSPITAL MANAGER
Based at our Hurlingham Branch and reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this position is responsible for
providing leadership within a hospital branch while ensuring smooth day to day operations, delivery of quality
services, and will drive achievement of agreed business outcomes. This position has responsibility for people
management, stakeholder management, business growth, cost management and quality standards.
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 3-5 years in a busy
hospital environment. Masters’ qualification will be an added advantage. The position demands demonstrated
experience in Business, Financial, People and Stakeholder management, as well as active application of Information Systems. In addition, the successful candidate must have experience managing a healthcare facility.


IMAGING SERVICES MANAGER (1 POSITION)
Reporting to the Chief of Medical Services, this position will provide leadership in Imaging Services across the group and will, plan organize and control the services to deliver on quality, revenue and costs targets. This position will be responsible for develop and oversee implementation of policies, procedures and working processes for the department.
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field with either Degree in Imaging
Sciences or Diploma in Radiography. The position requires active knowledge and experience in Medical Imaging
Services with clear understanding key quality and business facets of the service. The successful candidate must have over 3-5 years working experience in a similar position in a busy hospital environment.
MARKETING OFFICER (1 POSITION)
Based at the Nakuru area and reporting to the Hospital Manager with matrix reporting to the Marketing and Business Development Manager, this position is responsible for growing the business for the unit through developing and executing marketing and business development strategies, plans and activities. This position will also support stakeholder management as required.
Applicants must be in possession of a Degree in Marketing or related field with at least 3 years working experience in aggressive sales and marketing. Experience in a busy hospital environment or service industry will be an added advantage.


CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER (1 POSITION)
Reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position is responsible for growing the business volumes through customer relationship management, support streamlining of processes, identify areas of product improvement within the Hospital and support marketing activities. This position is open in Naivasha and Meru Branches.
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Communications/ Public Relations/Marketing or a business-related course. In addition, they must have 2 years working experience interacting directly with clients, managing
relationships and growing business. Experience in a busy hospital environment or service industry will be an added advantage.
NURSE(SECTION) IN CHARGE – MEDICAL SURGICAL WARD
Reporting to the Nursing Services in Charge, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the activities in the ward to ensure high standard of nursing care in line with hospital policies and procedures. This position is open at our Adams Branch.
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (KRN or KRCHN) and must have a valid license from the NCK. In addition, this position requires 3 years’ experience in managing a busy ward unit with active knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance, People Management and Customer service.
NURSE(SECTION) IN CHARGE – THEATER
Reporting to the Nursing Services in Charge, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the activities in the Theatre to ensure optimization of available theatre time and resources, deliver a high standard of nursing care in line with international standards. This position is open at our Adams and Kitengela Branches.
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (KRN or KRCHN) and must have a valid license from the NCK. Specialized training in Peri- Operative Nursing will be a distinct Advantage. In addition, this position requires 3 years’ experience in managing a busy ward unit with active knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance, People Management and Customer service.


MIDWIVES- SEVERAL POSITIONS
Reporting to the Nurse (Section) in Charge -Maternity, this position is responsible for provision of high-quality
primary nursing care within the section in line with Hospital policies, processes, and procedures. Experience of 5
years in a busy maternity is required.
Applicants must be in possession of a Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Midwifery (KRM)with valid certification in
BLS, ALSO/ACLS, EMNOC.
CALL CENTER ASSISTANT
Based at the Corporate Office, this position is responsible for delivery of excellent call services to ensure superior
customer experience for all customers calling the organization.
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in a Business-Related field, a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a
similar position will be required.
