Vacancies — Merchandisers
We wish to fill the following positions, which have arisen within our Sales & Marketing function. All
addressees are hereby asked to display this advertisement prominently on their notice boards to attract maximum publicity. –
Merchandisers: 45 positions
This position reports to the Key Accounts Executive and the successful candidate will perform the
following duties among others:

Key Tasks
- Ensure that the shelf space agreed upon with retail outlets is not encroached upon by competition
- Increase sales through creating awareness Of Company’s product range by constantly engaging with consumers
- Maximize on customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately and standardizing all product displays to ensure uniformity
- Monitor competitors’ activities and share information on the same for corrective action to be taken
- Address customer complaints and escalate those that require involvement of HQ
- Monitor stocks movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs and address any notable change through the Supervisor
- Generate orders for the allocated outlets and ensure the outlets are always well stocked
- Analyze sales figures for respective outlet, customers’ reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and share the same with the supervisor
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies governing our sales and marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: –
- Certificate or Diploma in business related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser within the FMCG sector
- Energetic and aggressive with personal selling experience with wide sales network
- Creative and Innovative
- Ensures high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
