Requirements for Appointment
To be eligible for this prestigious position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as Deputy Principal II or Senior Master I in T-Scale 12.
Performance
A satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process is mandatory.
Leadership Skills
Demonstrated abilities to oversee, guide, and provide expert support to fellow teachers are essential.
Ethical Standards
Candidates must adhere to the integrity and accountability requirements outlined in Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
Additional Criteria
Candidates must fulfill any other prerequisites deemed necessary by the Commission.
