Job Description:
Reporting to the HR Manager- Performance and Capability Development, this position will support the administration and implementation of performance management, talent development and learning strategies, policies, processes and procedures to achieve organizational objectives and support implementation of initiatives for continuous learning and performance improvement across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Degree in HR or any other business-related field with a Higher National Diploma in HR. In addition,
- they must have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar position.
