Teachers who used their passport while wearing eyeglasses or a head covering must reapply before the deadline, according to a directive from the Teachers Service Commission, TSC.
TSC orders school heads to verify the validity of all teachers’ emails and mobile phone numbers in a message emailed to school administrators.

“On t-pay validation and verification we have completed, but please be careful that if you uploaded your passport while wearing glasses, you must upload it again after removing your spectacles.”

Additionally, double-check the accuracy of your email, mobile number, and teachers Email . Any errors made by the verification officer will result in disciplinary action from TSC headquarters, according to a TSC statement.

The t-Pay validation exercise began on June 9th, 2022, and is scheduled to end on July 15th, 2022.

If instructors haven’t updated their passport-size photos or verified their email addresses and phone numbers, they should complete these easy procedures.

- Log into TPAY and the TSC website to access the payslip page.
- upload a passport photo with the face fully visible, without glasses or a head covering,
- current mobile numbers into the box,
- OTP (One Time Password), which will be sent to your mobile number after you input it,
- Enter the OTP in order to validate the mobile number.
- To ensure it is the right mobile number, click the validate tab.

Note that only legitimate codes will be accepted, and once a number has been validated, it cannot be modified. During the loan application and approval processes, the phone number will be used.

Note: An OTP code will be emailed to the specified email address. The email can only be verified with a valid code. When applying for and approving loans, the email will be used. To check the email, select the validate tab.
