122,831 candidates were placed in university degree programs in the recently completed KUCCPS placement exercise for the 202/2022 academic year, while 88,724 were placed in TVET institutions. Out of those who were placed in TVET, 53,726 people will be admitted to Diploma programs, 29,112 to Craft Certificate programs, and 5,886 to Artisan Certificate programs.

Majority of students will begin their first year of study in September for the first semester.
Important to note is that just before to this, the placement agency will activate the inter-institution transfer portal, allowing students who are not contented about their placement to apply.
