TSC PROMOTES REPLACEMENT SLOTS FOR BOTH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS.

Replacement of TSC 2023 September. All instructors who left the service in the fourth quarter of this year due to Natural Attrition across the nation will be replaced, according to the Instructors Service Commission (TSC).

More than 1000 instructors who left the workforce in July and August will be replaced by the commission.

The commission intends to publish a list of open positions along with information about the schools where those positions are located and the subject combinations that those institutions must offer.

Successful applicants will be sent to serve anywhere in the nation, not only where they were recruited, according to Macharia.

Here is a list of every position that is open. You can download it to use as a guide while submitting your application.

Replacement of TSC 2023 September
Due to the complete transfer from primary schools, we found a shortage of around 38,054 teachers in elementary schools and a significant shortage of about 58,291 instructors in post-primary institutions.

For effective service delivery, the TSC estimates that there is a teacher deficit of around 96,000 in Kenyan schools.

Given their large numbers, the Technical and Vocational Education Training Colleges have a shortage of approximately 5,000 teachers.

He claimed that the government is developing a scheme to boost the number of instructors in all public schools.

He also stated that the committee is working on a method of establishing a favorable working environment for all teachers in the country.
